We have the magical touch – to create homemade gourmet burgers

Brasa Burger LTD began at a kitchen table in Haslemere in 2020. We are a Brazilian/Italian family living in the area for over 17 years. We had a dream of opening our own catering business after gaining many years of experience in the industry. Although we enjoyed our work we had a much bigger idea; and they say, if you are passionate about something; turn it into business.

“Brasa” is a Brazilian Portuguese word for “fire” – the word also incorporates our Brazilian heritage which is what we want you to experience when tasting our burgers.

We are professional individuals with a broad spectrum of skills which brings together the perfect team! We have Carlos, who is the head chef. Carlos has over 10 years of culinary experience and has amazing creativity. Fernanda is the social media queen and very much the engine behind Brasa Burger. Marcia, is the mother of the team and has a multitude of business and catering experience across the globe. After a family brainstorm, Brasa Burger LTD was born.

We are born out of a fiery passion to deliver a new tasing experience and we very much look forward to inspiring our customers with a taste of Latin America.
