100% British prime beef patties using selected cuts from grass reared cattle on independent farms. We hand make the fresh patties everyday. We cook to medium but please tell us how you like it.

Ohh our milkshakes are to die for! Our Milkshake mix-ins are Peanut Butter, Nutella®, Oreo®, Chocolate & Vanilla, Strawberry. But we always have other flavours on special.

OUR SIDES

We have different type of sides, and they are all delicious and hard to choose from! We have Brazilian pastries such as Coxinha, Mini Sausage rolls & Cheese Balls. Our Loaded Fries are all covered with our handmade BRASA CHEESE which is to die for!!

OUR SPECIALS

We always have special food in our menu! For example the PICANHA STEAK (This needs to be pre-ordered one day in advance). It’s so juicy and oh-so-tender. Picanha is one of Brazil’s most prized beef cuts, and is typically the star of the Brazilian churrasco barbecue.

OUR RESTAURANT

Welcome to Brasa Burger! It all began at a kitchen table in Haslemere in 2020 during the COVID-19. After 2 years working from a dark kitchen, we finally managed to open our eat-in restaurant in Haslemere! Now in May2024 we are about to open our second brand in Clapham South.
